I’m curious what you guys think the next advances are in LL surgery.  I know the stryde nail was huge, but I wonder what they might come up with next.  I’m nowhere near actually going through with a procedure, but it does intrigue me.

in this interview with paley at 18:16 he mentions something called a grow plate. "which instead of going inside the bone goes on the surface of the bone"
the audio is absolutly dreadful but sounds interesting, especially for tibias
