curved bone after full healing?

curved bone after full healing?

I've noticed in some x-rays that after a device is removed and the bone has completely healed the new bone seems to be curved. Take this picture for example
Is this normal?
Does it affect mobility?

This x-ray was taken 8 years after the patient's bone had consolidated. How long does this tissue remodeling take? Do you know of any x-ray images that show a completely straightened out bone after CLL? thanks
