Today, I have finally gathered sufficient evidence regarding all related matters. As the patient’s friend, I feel compelled to speak up on her behalf and remind everyone to remain vigilant.

My friend is a Chinese female patient who underwent femur lengthening surgery on May 28, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The surgeon was Dr. Đinh Văn Quỳnh. After surgery, she was placed in a rehabilitation center under the full management of Nguyễn Lâm Hiếu Thảo (commonly known as Thao).

However, Thao abused his authority by privately hiring relatives and acquaintances with no medical background to take charge of rehabilitation:

- Trần Thị Thuý Ngân (born 1987, Thao’s half-sister): Pretended to be a physical therapist and nurse, without any relevant knowledge or qualifications.

- Hân (Thao’s girlfriend): Pretended to be a nurse, with no nursing license.

- Nguyễn Lâm Hiếu Hạnh (born 1996, Thao’s brother): Pretended to be an assistant and therapist, with no medical qualifications whatsoever.

On May 28, 2023, the unlicensed Trần Thị Thuý Ngân forcefully bent my friend’s knee during a so-called “therapy session,” which directly caused a meniscus tear (supported by video and X-ray evidence). After the incident, Thao attempted to cover up for his relatives by:

- Concealing the truth and falsely claiming the patient “fell on her own.”

- Submitting fraudulent reports stating the examination was normal.

- Destroying rehabilitation records to erase evidence.

- Forcing the patient to continue painful, unlicensed leg-pressing exercises, in order to pocket the remaining rehab funds—pushing her into unbearable pain and emotional breakdown.

Fortunately, my friend was able to contact a trustworthy professional interpreter who assisted her throughout. With proper support, she was re-examined and diagnosed with a meniscus tear, and eventually received appropriate treatment. Her knee is now gradually recovering and stable.

⚠️ Important Warning:
- Thao has a long history of drug abuse, which has led to kidney failure requiring dialysis. He has developed the habit of using drugs at night and sleeping through the day, often switching off his phone for several days, leaving patients completely unable to reach him in emergencies. Although Thao has been officially dismissed by the institution, he continues to impersonate a medical provider, running an illegal organization called “BBbone”, deceiving and admitting new patients with the help of dishonest medical brokers.

➡️ At present, the number of victims is increasing, involving patients from Japan, France, the Philippines, Australia, China, and more, with the impact continuing to spread.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Everything I have stated is supported by solid evidence: authentic videos, X-ray scans, patient conversation records, as well as testimony from many victims and former patients. On both Chinese limb-lengthening forums and international platforms such as the LimbLengthening Forum, it has been confirmed that Ngân is indeed Thao’s half-sister. Moreover, anyone can check on official Vietnamese websites to verify that BBbone and Thao himself hold absolutely no legal medical qualifications.

🚨 As a close friend of the patient, I issue this solemn warning:
Anyone considering surgery in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam must exercise extreme caution to avoid becoming the next victim!
