Hi! I've browsed the search bar for a few hours and couldn't find any good diaries of people's nail removals. Specifically precice.

Wondering if anyone is aware of other people who had the nails removed?

Hoping to get some questions answered (How long after removal to walk without a gait, to be able to squat with a bar, weights, jogging, etc).

Have my removal in less than a week now and am a bit anxious.

Nail removal is not a big deal.  Your legs will feel minor weakness/soreness/stiffness for a month maybe and you'll be better than before the removal after about two months.  Once you're done lengthening, a nail is a nail so the type of nail doesn't change anything regarding removal.
