As always, I began the day with a lovely breakfast, followed by finishing the remainder of my book and enjoying some computer games.

I am following the instructions from my doctor for limb lengthening. I take 1 gram of Supradyn daily.
I will be visiting my doctor next week to assess the progress of the lengthening procedure.
I appreciate my doctor immensely because since I arrived home, I have not needed a single painkiller…

Initially, I was skeptical when my doctor assured me that I wouldn’t experience any pain, but now I can confirm that he was absolutely correct!
I wholeheartedly endorse my doctor to everyone! I have now achieved 4cm of growth without any discomfort.

I woke up and prepared a healthy breakfast with high protein for my limbs. I completed my daily limb lengthening.

My discomfort has not decreased.

Final measurement at the end of the day: 3CM 7.5 MM.

Hello! I trust your progress is positive, given the absence of any discomfort. What was the cost of the procedure? Also, just to confirm, you opted for precise and not the stride method, right?
