Did anyone do pure TSF external frames on tibias?

Hi everybody,

How long does it take to take the frames off and walk unassisted for a 3 cm on tibias?

Have anyone done it?

Doing Limb lengthening is not worth it for 3 cm. It's not noticeable for others and will barely make you taller. You can almost get the same height increase with having a better posture or wearing insoles. Do femurs and shoot for 7 cms. It's safest and easiest bang for your buck.

ive read on sum test trials for group patients they did 4 cm. its not much but i guess once those fixators are on it really depends on the person.
