Hello there everyone
So I know I'm very late to this but I did my LL in India. We did LON on Tibia and I ended up achieving a total of 6.5 cms.
My frames were removed around a month back but I had gotten a really bad equines in my left foot so we had to do the achilles tendon surgery after which I started having Crazy nerve pain. Like a lot of burning, pins and needles and especially sensations like Electric Shocks. My doctor gave me Pregabalin and I'm still taking it but I'm taking it only once a day because I don't wanna get addicted to any substance. However, My nerve pain was so bad that I'd cry about it so we did my nerve decompression surgery. After which The 'Electric Shock' sensation stopped but I still have complete numbness in the sole of my foot and I feel pins and needles there, When I touch it with my hand I dont feel anything but I do get nerve pain there.
I Hope I recover completely soon! I've started walking with the aid of the walker and its not so hard to do that however, id like to know has anyone else also experienced this and if yes. when will this completely go away? It's been around 5 weeks since my de-compression surgery.
I appreciate any support!

Hope you feel better man

I'm doing gnail femurs now and I started to get nerve pain in my right shin at around 2-3 cm but now at 4.5cm it is gone (but now I have some nerve pain in my left shin when I stretch my left hip flexors)).

I'm thinking of doing precise 2.2 tibias. What is your advice? Should I stick to 4-5 cm? I get scared when I read posts like this

Same wish from me, hope you recover soon.

I'm having similar symptoms as you have although the electric shock phase has subsided a while ago.
I'm at close to 6cm femur with gnail and my right leg is now constantly, Like 100% of the time in pain. burning sensation, skin hypersensitivity, pins and needles.

The only thing that really helps is stopping the lengthening for a couple of days.

Which is what I've done when I reached 4cm and also 5cm.

In your case, as you're done with lengthening, things should get back to normal soon (or this is what I keep reading, hearing)

Food luck and let us know if you find a solution for your problem.

I had numbness on my left shin and electric shocks going down my leg. It took a year
for it to mostly go away after I stopped lengthening. I still have tiny bit of the numbness. Neurologist prescribed mentanx to help the nerves regenerate themselves and Dr Robbins prescribed gabapentin. I don’t use neither of the prescriptions anymore and don’t have the electric shocks. It was scary and it is common amongst lengthening patients
