Hi!
Healthy diet, sufficient nutrition and appropriate supplements are very important after surgery. But I wonder excessed nutrients may cause premature bone healing. Do u guys have any suggestions about diet, nutrition and supplements during lengthening phase and consolidation phase.

I wonder if there is too much supplements during lengthening phase, is it possible causing premature bone formation? Or just take vitamin D during lengthening phase?
