Looking at Paleys 4+4 x2 option. curious on a few things
1. The price is VERY expensive, my primary choice is Mahboubian and this is like 4x the cost of one surgery with him. Is it possible to pay half for 1 surgery and the other half when wanting to do the the second stage.
2. Is doing 4cm on both simultaneously harder then doing 8 on the femurs at once? I dont know if the pain would be meaningfully worse or if you'd be "more disabled". This does seem like a better option since you avoid the post 6cm increase in pain and stuff but I don't know if it actually balances out correctly
and for people saying 16CM is CRAZY!!!, I'm well aware. I'd be fine with like 11-13 (maybe even 8, who knows what 3 inches can do...) however im going to do as much as I can before Dr tells me to stop. I'm not one of those severely mentally ill people who wanna do 25cm I just know the truth of height being important and want to maximize my outcome, im not athletic, I dont want to play sports but I would like a decent ability to run.
