So I’m 6 weeks into lengthening my tibia with the TSF frame and I’m only doing 3CM plus limb deformity correction. Ive been wearing this thing that keeps my feet angled at 90 degrees when I go to sleep. It pisses me off because it stops me from sleeping properly. I’m wondering if I can just do alot of stretching instead of wearing this device? I only have 2 weeks left on the lengthening .
Thanks

I never wore one. They didn't even have them at Guang Ji Hospital.

Thanks! That makes me feel better. I think my surgeon is wanting me to wear it just in case I’m lazy with stretching as an insurance policy
