It's been 6 months since I stopped and removed the frame, i had to stop for personal reasons, in the end I made it between 3 or 4 cm.
Could I remove the nail now?

I had some secretions coming out of the pin sites and on examination I saw that it was an infection, so the doctor suggested removing the nail. He told me that my consolidation is good and that I will have to stay on crutches for a while so as not to overload my right leg.

i wouldnt touch the nail if i were not for at least 6 more months otherwise you risk collapse of the regenerate which would not be very fun

Infection is something people wanted to avoid during LL. I hope everything goes well, sorry to hear that you are dealing with it.
