Do surgeons generally allow you to get xrays done at whatever center you want?

Or must they be done at whichever clinic they practice at?

I know most price packages include the x-rays in the price, but is it generally acceptable to source somewhere nearer you when you go home for the consolidation phase, and simply send the xrays remotely to the Dr however often they're needed?

Normal to send x-rays during consolidation at home.
Wise to be near doctor while lengthening in case of nail bend, break, or other complication.

you go to any radiology place near your house and pay out of pocket and get x-rayed

dont worry about it too much
