Do you say funny or offensive stuff after surgery from the high from anesthesia?
Is it true for general anesthesia only? For spinal epidural I would imagine they would give you something to knock you off and does that make you high?
No. I woke up and felt fully awake right away, just tired and surreal.
I was very disoriented after general anesthesia. I tried to grab something out of my bag and I was holding it sideways and things were falling out. The nurses kept trying to help and I kept saying I'm fine. Pretty much like a drunk person except it wasn't enjoyable at all

Guess it's different for everyone. I woke up just tired, saw my mom and gave her a thumbs up to show I was alive, then went back to sleeping/resting.

I was so dizzy and vomited a lot of times. Otherwise, my thinking was normal and I was fully aware of myself and my surroundings.
