Hi guys I'm European guy in his 20s and want LL. I would like to get 7 cm. I can pay around 30k. Would you recommend Dr Jamal? Other options? I like the Russian area but I prefer internals

Hi guys I am interested in Jamal nail but I am interested in other internal options because I read that Jamal's nail wasn't accurate.

Jamal price is 47k. Any internal nail plus other expenses will be at least in the region of 45-50k
