Guys please help

I was walking unaided completely today and now I have huge sharp pains every time I even try to weight bear with my left leg and feel bones cracking against each other. He originally came to show how lengthening is done and there were two girls looking curious so I think he did it to show them

At my determinant . I can’t weight bear with that leg anymore

Plz help. Is my fresh ostetomy ruined by this

It was on Friday Febuary 1

He basically lengthened and then reshortened my tibia bone on the left leg and this was done as part of his ‘how to lengthen’

I’m getting discharged tomorrow. Normally I’d had been able to take care of myself but this adds problems as my left leg spazes in pain randomly so I can’t even walk anymore

While 12 hours ago I was walking so well I didn’t even need the walker.

Quote from: JON SNOW on February 05, 2019, 08:26:24 PMFriday January 1 ?  of 2016 Doctor’s assistant distracted and reshortened my leftleg 0.25mm 4 days post op?   february 1 is most likely

about distracted and reshortened, if was just 0.25mm is not a problem or risky

first 2-3 weeks everything you do on your legs would be painful is to be expected because of surgical trauma, but if you have doubts or issues ask you doctor

are you using stryde right?

I learned later it was0.5mm

And it’s ecternal monorails

No stryde doc would allow this to happen

Hey guys

Today I had bleeding from the same leg

I also get huge muscle spasms from it randomly since yesterday's distraction and reversal.

Quote from: jcayabo on February 06, 2019, 05:24:14 PMAre the spasms painful? Use Lyrica if you have it. Or, a shot of diclophenac if it doesn't stop the pain.

Bleeding is normal, especially if walking, or doing PT. Get a hold of the pain, rest, then continue after a day.

Unfortunately after the distraction and shortening of the left leg fk up - which I strongly believe is what caused me the problems in the first place of the left leg spasming and bleeding since the time it was done

They are now saying Im going to be charged for the dressing changing 75 per although the doctor told me during consult 'My assistant will see you twice every week and do the changing' without mentioning any cost so its assumed by default that its included in the cost

Now I got a problem and he's telling me they will charge me 75Turkish lira each dressing they change

After charging me 200TL for the hospital discharge transportation (which is when I started to feel something was fishy).

Unfortunately now Im have lost all trust for being under their care and feel regret if I continue trusting them so to avoid that

I think Im gonna tell my parents the truth that I did this surgery with their money and go back to their care, the people who love me. In Turkey i feel every single inch they can squeeze they are doing so after the surgery when the patient is crippled. They even gave me my prescriptions after surgery telling me to have someone get them for me .. like boy im disabled in a foreign country. The fk you expect?.

Will give more details on the whole thing later.

Please pray for me!
