Hey guys I have a question, when I’m lengthening on my left femur I can feel it all the way to my back hip bone.
It feels like it’s grinding all the way back.
Curious if anyone else feels it?
Probably it’s just the muscle stretching, or just a referred pain. It’s quite individual. For example sometimes I’ve felt pain in the leg or foot.
It’s not actually painful it’s just like weird grinding movement on my back hip bone. I have a follow up on the 8th I’ll bring it up to the dr and see what he says
Let us know what the doctor says, I'm curious about what this is.
