I've sent them an email asking for the price but seems like no big institution in the US is willing to let me know their (both legs) deformity correction surgery (bowleg, knockknee, etc.).
Does anyone know anything about their current price?
Is it usually expensive then their cosmetic stature lengthening surgery?

As far as I know, corrective surgery for bow-legs usually involves a high tibial osteotomy (HTO).
It is generally a simpler procedure than limb lengthening surgery.
According to the literature, the cost is estimated at $25,000 to $35,000, including facility and professional payments.

In this video, the osteotomy site is covered with a bone graft.
Thus, the patient does not lose height.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27557796/

According to this paper, real bone (allograft, autograft) showed better results than artificial bone.
However, there are many cases without bone graft.
The nonunion rate was only 1.1% even in the artificial bone group. The success rate of this procedure is high, so there is no need to worry too much.
