As it says in the title. I know you could probably do MMA in the gym but in terms of hard sparring and having matches how much would doing LL hinder your ability?

If it doesn’t physically affect you, which it will, it’ll mentally affect you more than anything. How many leg kicks has Anderson Silva thrown after the second fight with Weidman? It’ll always be in the back of your mind when you throw kicks or receive them.

As long as you don't lengthen over the safe limit and as long as you complete PT well, you can recover most of your pre-op athleticism and flexibility. Proper PT is the key!
