Does Dr. Mahboubian's cost cover physical therapy?

Considering between Dr. Mahboubian and Dr. Assayag for a consult. I live closer to Dr. M so that's the main reason why, otherwise Dr. Assayag would be a no-brainer for me.

Dr. Assayag's price is $69k for femur and his website says that 36 sessions of outpatient physical therapy are covered.

However, Dr. Mahboubian's quote is $82k for femur but there doesn't seem to be any mention of included physical therapy sessions anywhere on his website.

Does anyone know if PT is included in Dr. M's price quote? Or how does the PT work with Dr. M - would you need to find an independent PT elsewhere and pay extra for that?

I think your best bet would be to contact him directly, since we can't know for sure atm.
