i've been on finastride and rogaine for 3 months. i'm not fixated on balding, i'd just rather keep my hair if possible and the fin/rogaine route is painless, relatively inexpensive, non-invasive, etc.
so i said why not basically and have been on those.
i'd much prefer added height over slowing balding, though. and i guess some people worry that because of estrogen increase with finastride, it might prove a challenge for your bones.
i'm likely going in for lengthening in january. should i stop finastride now? in a few months? am i too late? are the two totally unrelated?
does finastride complicate lengthening?

i doubt that. there wasa person on the old forum probably lengthening in beijing or india who too took finasteride. he did fine.
no
I usually take finasteride and I have not had any problems with consolidation.
awesome, thanks everyone. yeah i recently downloaded pdf with info about lengthening from my preferred doctor at this point, there's a big list of meds that work against lengthening but yeah fin isn't one of them
