Does paley lengthen over 4inches?

hello im 19 years of age and i have booked a consultation with paley, im planning to have the surgery this year in his middle east clinic. i have heard he denied some patients with high expectations. Im 5’9 and i want to lengthen 5-6 inches.

His rule of thumb is 3 on femurs, 2 on tibias. Also the precice nail only goes to 8cms, a little over 3 inches. So you can't lengthen 5 inches on a single segment.
