Doing quadrilateral legthening in weeks | Anything I should know?

I'm in my very early twenties & will be going with Paley in Florida.

I don't know how much information I want to share yet, but I would really appreciate any input. Reading this forum definitely gives me a somewhat bleak outlook on things, but I'm hoping for the best. I'm going with the precise nail 2, or whatever the newest available device they have is called.

I can't seem to find any posts about supplementation/diet. I would appreciate any information, and I'll probably start a journal once the time comes.

Read the journals from MyEvolution and The Alchemist.  they are extremely detailed and thorough.  They were in Florida, so that should give you some great insight.

What is your goal?
