After 62 days of lengthening so far I have gained 5cm.
Initially I plannee to do 7.5cm but in practical I realised its difficult. Around 5cm I started feeling full stiffness in my legs with the advice of doctor I stopped my lengthening and waiting for frame removal and final corrections.

Is the tibia or the femur? Internal or external?

What is your original height? 5CM is a very safe number. 7.5CM is too much.

Successfully after tens days of stopping lengthening my external fixator  got removed and internal nail got locked.In total i gained five centimeters.
One the firstday of fixator removal I experienced a slight above medium pain and from second day pain level is completely zero and right now I am resting waiting for doctor's consent to start weight bearing.
Good that I stopped my lengthening at 5cms with out any complications feeling fully flexible and active can't wait to start walk again.

I paid 6lakhs Indian rupees in total including accomodation with separate room and food ,physiotherapy and including all medicines and regular visit by doctor.
