Dr. Becker - Becker Betz Institute - Intake September | Freiburg 5+ Months Stay

Hi everyone,

First of all this forum is a "life saver" after reading a lot of posts from everyone I'm 100% certain I want to do this.

About myself:

30Yrs Old
Male
1.65M
Dutch
68KG - (Well trained)
Reason: Feeling anxiety in public places like everyone is looking at me.. / Want a bigger pool of woman to choose / More confidence.
(I don't mind to be short but 1.65m is just extremely short)

Goal 1.73M - 8CM Femur (Not more because of recovery and proportions)

I've read a lot of different stories about Betz Institute and about TP release. I asked them and they said they perform a TP release.. So I'm glad they are doing that.
What I've read its very very important to release the tp band so I don't get duckass.. wide spread legs and a longer recovery time.

I work from my laptop and for myself so I'm thinking of staying 5-6 months in Dorint Thermen Freiburg (They have all the facillities there and also the employes from Becker are there.. And because recovery is in my opinion and after what I've read very important.

Is it already possible to train your legs during lenghtning? To train the muscles to not get weak?
Did anyone else stayed for longtime in Freiburg?

Any extra advices?

Also:

I am a bit worried that it would look funny if I have such long femurs and short tibia.
Like when its summer and I need to wear shorts or swimshorts.

Someone experience with that?

No I have a consultation + X-Rays in Freiburg. Didn't plan a surgery yet.
