taweel you need to spend a significant amount of time reading through this forum before starting threads like this

do you mean BETZ, whats a BERZ?
regarding BETZ, yes he is one of the premier choices right now because his nail called "betzbone" is a mechanical weight bearing nail, however this nail cannot be reversed in case you get non union and you have to twist your leg multiple times a day to extend it which people say is awkward and painful

In Germany, it's 65. I think Betz is around 70 and still does LL surgeries. So he really likes this job  Dr. Berz is good chooise for limb lengething?

He is 72. And I do not have much trust in his successor because he is also a hair transplant surgeon.

disagree,
this is not brain surgery, its orthopedics
yes it is complicated with a long ass recovery and many risks but end of the day its bone surgery

i dont see a reason to dismiss a doctor for having further qualifications

let the man prove his skills before dunking on him

Disagree as well…

Of course he had a medical focus before he joint Dr.Betz but honestly, I dont know how much he is still practicing his hair transplantation business. Bye the way he is also a qualified Trauma AND plastic surgeon and has done those medical degrees in Germany.

Therefore, I would assume he is qualified enough, maybe not same experienced like Paley and Betz but hey also they have been started from scratch a long time ago. Finally, Dr Betz is anyway supervising/councelling him which is a valuable back-Up not every other doctor has…

personally I think betz lets his patients lengthen too much beyond reasonable limits like 10cm in 1 segment however if the patients are having good outcomes can't judge but I don't understand how its okay with him and people like paley won't let it happen. I find it more likely everyone else is right then Betz being right
