I'll say this though:

in Athens, for precise patients they use the walker only for short distances for a while until much later in the healing. There are some exceptions for some people with good bone healing, I think some of them start walking with crutches earlier than someone might expect with precise but still takes a while

for gnail patients in Athens, we use the crutches for walking much earlier (some ppl 1-2 weeks start walking with crutches) and for longer distances. 1-2 hours of walking per day with crutches seems to be a common thing the doc asks us to do with gnail
