Is Ghassan Salameh considered a competent physician for limb lengthening with his Salamehfix1 nail?

It,s a hinged Three Dimention External Fixation System provides simultaneus smooth lengthening and correction of axial deviations with keeping perfect alignment during lengthening . It is an arc system rather than a circular system and consists of three small arcs. The arcs are not the same diameter so the system can take the shape of leg. I saw the images. What benefit is there? Who is Dr. Salameh? What does this external method do that other ones don’t? Never heard of this Doctor before. Why go to this relatively unknown Doctor instead of a well established one? Why is he better?
