Is Dr Conway a safe choice? Has anyone had the surgery with her?

I cant find any diaries.

If you insert "Conway" in the search field you get at least 43 references. If no one is from a diary, probably it's because there aren't any.

Yeah, it's strange that there haven't been any diaries on her. Victor Cyborg said she's one of the best.

Most just lurk. If you look at the stats on the front page, you'll see users are outnumbered by guests typically by a factor of 3-4:1.
