Dr. mangal parihar is currently not offering Precice nails!

I was planning for surgery in Mumbai since last 1 year but when I informed Dr. mangal that I want to move forward he told me that Precice nail is not there in India now. Now only external tibia is the option in India.
Is Precice nail available with other docs in India? heightincreaseinfo, dr. sarin, dr. suhas shah, dr. milind chaudry? any one else has it? What are other Indians planning to do now?

no, It's recalled from india at the point and parihar is the main LL doctor in india. If he doesn't have access to it, I'm pretty sure nobody else does.
