Hi everybody. Me and chopsuey are thinking of going to Dr. Mitkovic in December 2018. I know from the last thread that there was quite a few people who were thinking of going to Dr. Mitkovic in 2018. I doubt he does internal tibia.
His internal device doesn't go in the bone, it's on the outside of it. That's the main difference I think.

This is his internals. I'm pretty sure it is ready as in the last email we exchanged, he said that he offers internal too.
