My question is simple, is doctor Monegal a good doctor ?
And if i want to make 4cm on femur and 3cm on tibia is that more safe than make 7cm on femur ? I've read that more than 5 on femur is very dangerous.

I have made my reasearch but i don't know who can i trust , people says a lot of things but how can i know who is lying and who's not? Please tell me about this Doctor.
