Hey guys, I'll be starting this diary in the hopes of sharing my experience and also helping those of you who want to know what it's like going through this surgery especially as a female. I wasn't able to find any recent nor current female diaries. If any of you guys have links to females who've been through this, that would be awesome.

Looking forward to keeping this diary up to date and as current as possible.

Thanks so much for the links! I really appreciate it!

Yes I'll be doing stryde on femurs and I'm Caucasian. Currently I'm 154 cm (5 foot and 3/4) and the goal is 5'6" after doing tibias as well.

I believe the stryde nail comes in 3 diameter options and since I'm skinny it'll be the smallest which is 10

Hi TallerFemale,

How has your recovery been so far ? Have you experienced any significant painĀ  ? Will you be able to use Stryde in your tibias ?

How did you plan to pay for both procedures ?
