i remember reading this before somewhere that either one of these Drs will operate patient in another country other than the ones they are in (Florida,..etc)
So is this happening or not?

No that is not possible and simply not true.
Dr Paley operates in israel and poland, so it is true and there must be others doing it

You don't want to get operated somewhere and never be able to meet your surgeon again in case you face difficulties. I almost think this practice is unethical.
I asked somebody at Paley's main office (WPB) about the Poland facility, and they weren't sure but they thought there was staff there year round and that it was geared towards children; didn't think they did CLL there, but again they weren't 100% sure.

I’m in lengthening phase now
I went with dr. Paley jn poland as I live in Portugal and travelling was Easier
During Covid getting to US was almost impossible
In any case even in US after surgery post care is by dr. Robbins. Similarly we have dr. Michael here who’s as trained under PALEY for several years jn Florida.
Yes most patients are children as complex cases are handled here and it’s full fledged facility with one of the best physios.
More patients are now coming for cll and with PALEY rates are 90k usd and if you go with dr. Michael it’s 30 k cheaper.
He visits every quarter and over sees his practise which is commendable and savings lives of many children who were left to be amputated by other doctors.
So lot of respect for PALEY
