I have narrowed down to these two surgeons to go to for LL.
Please help me reach a decision. Will be going to either one of them in 1-2 years.
Dr. Pilli or Dr. Parihar for external tibias?
Quote from: KiloKAHN on October 24, 2017, 04:26:31 AMThere's no doubt you will be getting a grade A surgeon with Dr Parihar. Dr Pili seems to have a good track record, too. The difference really comes down to whether or not you'd find it worthwhile to spend at least an additional $8,000 with Pili simply for the benefit of being in a nicer looking hospital for 10 days tops. That's important for some people, but many did just fine with the level of cleanliness in the Beijing clinic, and according to at least 1 former Beijing patient, Dr Parihar's patient ward looks on par with what they had, and his hospital's bathrooms are certainly better
Thanks man. I know Dr. Parihar is one of the best, if not the best ll surgeon in the world. I've seen him take care of some very very gruesome injuries on his site and is recommended by Dr. Paley as well. And he doesn't promote the surgery at all
I am also Indian. So there will be no communication issue with nurses, etc as well.
The only downside to Parihar is the hospital imo. Thats the only thing I am worried about.
Thank you for everyone that has responded.
I have decided to get the ll surgery done with Dr. Pilli.

goal is 3.5 cm
to reach 182.5; 6 feet
That will be a great gain for me
