Lengthening with the combination of intramedullary nail (LON) entails locking the nail at the increase length at the end of the distraction or complete desire height, you can remove the frame  ( external fixator)   you don't have to wear from for long time, or LON will work as a straight track so your bone also become straight during lengthening. This is all i know if you want to know more contact harry.

He lengthened 3.9 cm in May 30 and did several days more lengthening before his frames were removed. So I guess he gained a little over 4 cm.

I don’t know why people even bother, can you really feel a difference at 4cm? Like that’s an inch and half more or less, it’s marginal

Thank you for your kind attention but this is completely depends on person to person. Everyone has their own views about the smaller and bigger goals. I had limited time so that's what i did.

I am in continuous conversation with Harry , whenever i need to ask i can talk to him directly. My callus condition is already good.
Xray is pending.

Recovery is going good, doing all the exercises. Next X-ray will reveal the actual status of callus. Morning i walk with assistance because of pain and discomfort, rest of the day is fine.
