Dr. Robert Rozbruch & Dr. Ellen Katz-Westrich Medical History

Hi All,

I have read all of Dr. Rozbruch daries on this forum and been lurking on this forum and the old forum old forum  since 2016.  I'm now finally ready to do CLL.  My first option is Dr. Rozbruch and 2nd is Dr. G.  I'm current doing research on both doctors and are getting ready for my face to face consult with Dr. R in July.

Do anyone know if Dr. Robert Rozbruch & psychologist Dr. Ellen Katz-Westrich requires past medical history from your primary doctor?

Do Dr. R or any doctor for CLL do medical history check like a back ground check for something, sorry sound kinda crazy just want to cover all ground and have everything ready for my consult .

How  they would require past medical history from international patient? It would need to be translated.
