Dr Salameh and Dr Smith limb lenthening

Hello guys,
I have gone through a LL process with salameh fix.
I would like share with you.
Gained height:7.5 cm (from 164.5 to 172cm)
Time duration : 14 Months total
During lenthening process I worked fultime otherwise I cloud have gain 2-3 cm easily.  It started to become difficult after 6 cm.
I have got a lot of help from both salameh and Smith during the process.
I removed my fixator after 14 Months.  Now I am taller than before.
Tips : Always ask your doctor. (Salameh and Smith reply within  24 hrs)
        Exercise
        Be busy during the process
        Dont be greedy
I would recommend salameh fix if you are considering LL.

Thanks for sharing man, what method was done in your situation? Sounds like External Ilizarov? When you say more difficult after 6cm, in what way?
