I see many posts that Sarin crippled many people but I cannot find any details. Could you give me examples of his bad cases?

Crazy +6 for example. He went from 5'4 to 5'11 with tibia and femur sugery.

He did external femurs. Currently, Sarin doesn't perform femurs lengthening using external methods, so I don't care.

External femur itself is very dangerous.So can't judge his complication resulted from Sarin's skill or the wrong lengthening way.Not mean to brush away his bad reputations.
