Dr Vulcano in New York

I had limb lengthening by Dr Vulcano and I am so pleased. I saw several docs in NY as well as France and Italy. I ultimately chose him as he seemed one of the most professional surgeons I had met (he also came recommended by a colleague. Turns out I was right :-) his bedside manners are unique, and you can tell he cares. I called him several times with questions and he replied within the hour. the cost was probably a little less than other places (I think his fee was roughly the same as the others, but the hospital fee was much less).

its good to see some new doctors from the US doing CLL. We all would definitely appreciate some more info on this doctor.
