Can tibial leg lengthening or any orthopedic surgery help with it? It's not a enormous angle between my feet and my knees, but it's not something I'd consider ok. ( My knees are also curved towards inside)

I'm not sure how serious your condition is, but you can check my doctors IG and maybe you'll see a similar case. https://www.instagram.com/p/BsQcjw0A0yK/
However' LL will definitely not help duck feet, worst case scenario it will fck up your feet and give you ballerina as well as duck feet. Some correction may be possible with turning your legs inwards though.

I don't know about the other methods but it is possible to fix this with a tibia internal nail. I have slight duck feet and my Dr. said he could turn it so the feet would be pointing straight while he was in there putting in the nail.
