Hey guys, is there any benefit to buying a stationary bike to use as part of PT during Stryde lengthening? Was thinking it might help for getting blood flow to the muscles although I'm wondering how difficult it might be just to get on and off it during the lengthening process?

Of course, it is good to loosen your stiff muscle and may be useful to keep muscle from becoming atrophic.  However, if you are going to stay in hotel nearby the hospital where you may have an access to bike, I don't think it is necessary.  You can actually just walk with crutches, or a cane which is better than bike.  If you are going to stay home after the surgery, you could buy it for the lengthening period and the future use.
