Hello people, just done my surgery on my left leg. Did my right leg in march. So I will be back on crutches.

Does anyone here have any advice on what I can do for general fitness, as I can't run, prior to LL surgery, only thing I knew for fitness was running. I won't be able to go swimming straight away as one leg will be longer then the other and so won't be able to get to the pool. I will be doing walking to help consolidation and stretches but need something to increase stamina like running.

Hmmm push ups I won't be able to do as I only have oneĀ  leg lol. Sit ups is not a bad shout.
