Hi Everyone,

I have just consolidated now and am starting to exercise again. I can run up and down my road and can jump rope but i wanted some help with exercises to build up the muscles in my bum and hips as they are very weak. I don't want to go straight into squats so was wondering if anyone had any tips ?

How much did you lengthen? Can you walk?
