Hello community! External Fixator Removal Informations

I come to you in search of information that could help me.
I had the operation via an external fixator on a LON method.
I now want to remove my external fixer in my own home country and am looking for additional information that might help me.
I'm looking for any information about a potential name / reference / ideas that would be linked to the rod in the bone that maintains it.

Thank you so much!
