Great diary I just scanned through it, and my only question is which surgeon is a better option to do the surgery, Dr Parihar or Dr Pradip Sharma, I’ve read few good diaries from Dr parihar and he seems like the best surgeon in India right now but seeing few Dr Pradip diaries, Dr sarin just seems like a bad option, I am thinking of doing 2 surgeries maybe, borh femurs and tibia, thinking of stryde, please reply bro , also hope you have a fast recovery!!! Stay safe

Hey!!
Bro i am not a doctor, I can't choose a doctor for anyone other than myself. Dr Parihar might be a good doctor but i couldn't find any live diary of him neither any patient i could connect with. There is his name flying around no live testimony.
I had months long conversation with patients so far Dr sharma is doing good.
And no comments on anyone else. Whom so ever you choose please go through with reviews.

Just quick update. Walking almost back to normal. Started doing half squats. Flexibility is getting batter now. Life is almost back to normal now.

Also your callus looks denser, may I ask what has been your routine after leaving the guest house to your country, any particular diet plan you follow.

Thank you for your wishes. No brother I am not planning for the nail removal yet, may be after a year or year an half later.
Advice is Make sure you don’t eat too much of anti inflammatory unnecessary. Take good amount of sunlight, maintain your vitamins levels, rich in protein and calcium food an be in touch with your doctor. That’s all you have fallow with you daily routine.
