Successfully achieved my goal. I am 6cm taller now. Friday Akito is planned for frame removal and next day is mine. i supposed to do early but because of Ramadan it delayed. Now when everything went well i'm excited to feel taller without keeping heavy frames in my legs.

Hi Adios

Congrats on achieving your goal of 6 cm.  I think 6 cm in tibias is a good gain.  Hope for your fast recovery and for your father's health!

Cheers!

It’s good that everything has been completed nicely it was your choice to be there and now it’s time to work really hard to get rid of those crutches so keep up with your routine. And take care.

That's awesome, sounds like you're doing really well! When you say walking 90% normal do you mean you are walking unaided?

What exercises would you say are the most important when it comes to being able to walk well soon after frame removals?

Wishing you all the best, hope your recovery continues to go well - keep us updated  EXTERNAL TIBIA WITH DR. PRADIP SHARMA
