Hi all
For those of you who have had Precice on Femurs what was your experience like compared to your expectations and what advice would you give for someone having this procedure done?
Thank you very much

Everyone's experience is different. One patient gave up after the first month. Most patients will reach 7 cm. some have more intense pain than others. I started experiencing Nerve pain after the first month of lengthening, had fast bone growth, got off narcotics after the first week, had to use gabapentin for 6 months and my surgery was mostly complication free. All patients @ paley recovered from the surgery. Some had complications but Dr Paley was able to deal with it. Overall, painful surgery and takes patience. It is worth it if you are under 5'7.
