Guys, I am starting to get tight. walking with legs close slightly hurts my IT band and also my quads and hamstrings have started to get a bit tight too. It could be due to the fact that I am told to lengthen fast, which i have been doing from last week to avoid preconsolidation.

Also the muscles at the hip(just above the bum- where the love handles are) hurt a lot, specially lying down, making it hard to sleep femur LL veterans, need some suggestions

Veterans, could you please recommend some excercises/hacks for the same.

thanks a lot buddy,. I would try the hip and glute extensions too.
is there anything for the IT band that you have tried as well?

Quote from: readyprecisestryde on March 30, 2021, 04:36:44 AMYou welcome and Below is a link to the video for the IT band stretch. Please try to do these stretches (prone knee bend, Thomas, IT Band) on your bed or the ground because you don't want to fall and damage the nail.

I did these stretches while I was lengthening with the Stryde nail and I am not knowelegable about the restrictions with Precise 2.

thanks a lot man, i am sure precise could let me given that i can walk crutchless at times...i am too skinny lol.

i am only worried they dont tear the it band lol. i ll definitely try it carefully. thanks again femur LL veterans, need some suggestions
