Hi guys, I noticed, reading diaries, that normally the femur is more painful compared to tibia(Stryde too) . And after I visited this forum I noticed that external tibia, though is aspect,  can be considered, observing the 5-6cm limit, the best technique for long term results.

The fact is that I noticed absolutely "few"
problem and pain, mostly addressed to first weeks, about external fixator on tibia ( for example Pili diares) and many issues on diaries with stryde internal femur.
Legit to many problems about stiffness, pain, lack of sleep and painkillers used for months( are not candies).
Probably the recover is faster but it's worth if you think about the issues and the idea to do another invasive operation and the other things?

10 months in external fixators for 6cm Tibias if you want the benefit of no chance of permanent knee pain.
