Anyone know if the same types of Precice nails used in the femurs and tibias? I'm asking because the Precice nails for my femur surgery were apparently already ordered, but now I'm considering doing the tibias first for personal reasons.

No, Dr Assayag discussed about this on cyborg4life youtube channel recently. Short answer is no.
I believe the doctors carry a lot of inventory so it's likely they have other nails on hand
